Ownself Check Ownself Sticker

For anyone who believes the best person to evaluate your performance is yourself.

Because why subject yourself to external scrutiny when you can conduct a perfectly objective assessment of your own work?

Set your own KPIs. Evaluate your own performance. Identify your own areas for improvement.

And after a thorough and completely independent review, conclude that everything is working exactly as intended.

No conflicts of interest. No uncomfortable questions. No unnecessary accountability.

Just a rigorous system of checks and balances, where the person doing the checking happens to be the person being checked.

Ownself check ownself. Ownself approved.

Proudly certified by the Ministry of Self Assessment.
